IMPAC-T ร่วมมือวิจัยกับมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยติดตั้งสถานีจุลอุตุนิยมวิทยา
คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ได้ลงนามความร่วมมือกับวิทยาลัยพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา (มพ.) ในการทำวิจัยร่วมกันระหว่างนักวิจัยฝ่ายไทยและฝ่ายญี่ปุ่นภายใต้โครงการ Integrated Study Project on Hydro-Meteorological Prediction and Adaptation to Climate Change in Thailand (IMPAC-T) ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก JICA

Thailand has suffered severe flooding, particularly in the north eastern regions, since 17th September 2013.
